South Korea now has over 20 million smartphone users

In a statement from South Korea's telecom regulator, the number of smartphone users in South Korea has surpassed 20 million. According to data released by the Korea Communications Commission, 40% of the Korea's citizens have smartphones in use. The data also showed that 10 million users are on SK Telecom Co., the leading mobile service provider in the country, another 6.8 million with KT Corp., and 3.3 million with LG Uplus Corporation.

Siri hacked onto Apple iPhone 4 and iPod touch

It looks like our little friend Siri has escaped from jail and has been seen running on Apple iPhone 4 and 4th generation iPod touch devices that have been jailbroken. Via Twitter, developers @stroughtonsmith and @chpwn announced the authorization hack that allows Siri to run on older model iPhones and iPods. The devs have stated that they have no plans on publicly releasing the hack.
